Redefining Digital Business and Operations

Loyalty & Reward Platform
A data platform with Business and Consumer interface

At a glance

Challenges

  • Large amounts of data on product usage collected but not utilized

  • No strategy for data to be converted into value for the customer

  • No consolidated means of sharing the data across the value chain

Benefits

  • Lightweight platform with data products

  • Cost sharing pricing mechanism based on value proposition

  • Centralized token mechanism to enable each department to set personalized behavior based rewards

Objectives

The client aspires to understand and take advantage of the large amounts of collected data from connected technologies to:

  1. better engage with its customers and define a strategy for retention

  2. find a business model for monetization in the long term

Challenges

1. The scale & complexity of the project

The project is implemented at a pan-European level so collaboration from various internal stakeholders is needed, while connected and not connected data from other departments should be taken into account.

2. Challenging projects - overlaps & silos

During the implementation of the project, similar or competing projects are taking place in parallel at global, regional or local level, such as brand transformation activities and launches of other apps.

3. The complexity and maturity of the company

As a large multinational, the client has a labyrinthine structure and a slow response rate to suggested changes.

Our Approach

Data driven approach & Data products definition

Instead of just sharing data, we propose the creation of data products that could be exposed to internal and external customers based on a specific logic and business approach.

L&R program to create a business model for the data available & a seamless customer experience

The program enables our client to improve their services, increase their interaction with their customers, and gain more insights by creating a platform able to deliver data products with different services and a subscription mode.

Summary

Phase 01: Productization - creating the “building blocks” & the platform

Phase 02: Adding the feature that will enable L&R

Phase 03: Opening the platform to the internal market

Phase 04: Extending the platform to the external market in the future, making it the main way to engage with the users and keeping them longer within the ecosystem.
